The Pan-African PPP Development Centre is a competence centre for infrastructure development and provides analysis on the development of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Africa. It conducts research and prepares analyses on the specifics of PPP mechanisms.

On a regular basis, it analyses planned and implemented projects, assesses judicial and law enforcement practices, and reviews financial mechanisms and state support measures. The infrastructure component of national projects is continuously monitored.
